In this weeks episode, I speak with Jana Plucinski, a writer and pregnancy loss advocate.

Jana is a pediatric occupational therapist by trade and she has been practicing for over 10 years. In addition to pediatric therapy, she has a passion for writing and connecting with other women through shared experiences of motherhood. Having navigated the rollercoaster of fertility struggles and recurrent pregnancy loss, she is passionate about advocating for more open dialogue regarding these important topics, ensuring women are supported during this time of critical need, and making sure that women's voices and experiences are heard and validated.

How to deal with toxic positivity and unsolicited advice
